(cooked al bianco, tossed with fresh tuna chunks, capers, black olives, cherry tomatoes, garlic and parsley ).

Risotto al Manzo : 
(in a balsamic reduction saucetossed with beef trimmings, rocket leaves and cherry tomatoes, topped with parmesan shavings) .

Sirloin & Grilled Cheese : 
(grilled beef medalions, set on Gozo peppered cheese, drizzled with a creamy mushroom sauce).

Grilled Fresh Tuna Steak : 
(topped with shredded ginger, spring onions and chilli).
