    Local pasteurized fresh and peppered sheep cheeses, fresh mozzarella, sundried tomatoes, olives and cherry tomatoes served on a bed of fresh rocket leaves, drizzled with basil oil dressing.
    Crispy salad tossed in a vinaigrette dressing, topped with gorgonzola cheese, sliced fresh pears, finished with roasted walnuts.
